🧤 Captain’s Anchorage Notes

This is a last-resort option only. If Blue Hole and Green Acres are both occupied, German Landing is available but the shallow depths and weed issues make it a poor choice for most cruising boats. Check your draft.

Personal observation: I have seen this area full of weeds every time I have passed through, and have never seen a vessel anchored here. Treat it as a fallback of last resort rather than a genuine overnight destination.

§8

⚠️ Hazards & Warnings

Shallow and possibly weedy. Not suitable for deeper-draft vessels.
