Killarney Mountain Lodge Marina is one of the most celebrated destinations on the entire Great Loop. Set in the sheltered Killarney Channel on the north shore of Georgian Bay, the marina accommodates vessels up to 125 feet with high-speed diesel pumps, gas, pump-out, 30/50A shore power, free laundry, heated pool, WiFi, and access to three on-site restaurants. The historic lodge was founded in 1930 and is surrounded by Killarney Provincial Park — a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve candidate with iconic La Cloche quartzite mountains and crystal-clear lakes made famous by the Group of Seven painters.

A bucket-list stop on the Great Loop. Three restaurants including the acclaimed Ranch House steakhouse and the Carousel Lounge overlooking the channel. Free laundry located right next to the dock. Lighthouse hike (7 km return) is unmissable. Killarney village within 5-minute walk with general store, LCBO, and Herbert's Fish and Chips. This is the gateway to the North Channel — provision and fuel here before heading into increasingly remote waters.
Killarney Channel provides excellent shelter from all directions. Enter from Georgian Bay following the marked channel into the village. The lodge dock is prominently marked on the north side of the channel. Dock hands meet vessels on arrival. Speed strictly enforced in the channel.
High-speed diesel pumps confirmed. Gas available. This is the last reliable major diesel stop before the North Channel. The Snag-A-Slip 2022 reviewer noted WiFi doesn't reach the docks but cell service is 3 bars.
