North Bay Waterfront Marina is the municipal marina on the eastern shore of Lake Nipissing, operated by the City of North Bay. With 270 slips available on daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates, gas, pump-out, showers, and 24-hour security, it is the primary boating hub on Lake Nipissing. FREE transient dockage is available for day visitors. The marina is located at 225 Memorial Drive in the city's waterfront district.

Terminal destination for boaters doing the French River → Lake Nipissing route. Free day docking is a nice touch. Heritage Railway and Carousel Company on the waterfront is worth a visit. Lake Nipissing is 873 sq km and the crossing from the French River delta to North Bay is approximately 30 km across open water — plan carefully in adverse conditions. No diesel — gas only.
